New pedestrian overpass in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan enhances public safety
Urdaneta City, Pangasinan — The Department of Public Works and Highways Pangasinan Third District Engineering Office has recently completed the construction of a pedestrian overpass in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, which aims to secure the safety of the people traveling across Manila North Road.
