Provincial Government of Pangasinan Assures Support for OFW Livelihood Programs

In a simultaneous oath-taking ceremony, the newly elected officials of the Pangasinan Overseas Filipino Workers Family Federation, Inc. (POFWFFI) took their oath of office. The ceremony was led by Vice Governor Mark Ronald DG. Lambino, who emphasized the Provincial Government’s support for programs aimed at protecting OFWs and providing livelihood opportunities for their families.

During his message, Vice Governor Lambino stated that the Provincial Government fully supports programs that aim to protect the welfare of OFWs and offer livelihood programs for their families. From 2023 to 2025, Eddie D. Angeles from Burgos, Pangasinan will serve as the president of POFWFFI, with Romeo C. Dulay from Sta. Maria, Pangasinan as the vice president.

Also in attendance at the event were Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Baby Ruth F. Torre and PESO Manager Rachel Raguindin, who showed their support for the program. Their presence demonstrates the local government’s commitment to initiatives that provide opportunities and assistance to OFWs and their families.
